Cross Rhythms City Radio was the first Christian station in the UK to be granted a permanent license to broadcast on FM, and has been on-air for more than twenty years.

Greg Sammons presents The Rock And Hard Place, with Christian rock, interviews and other features.
Mike Rimmer hosts the Rimmerama, Tuesday through Thursday from 6pm - 9.30pm
